No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! Renting a gas golf cart (no power outlets for electric carts) is highly recommended! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all - including church on the beach every Sunday morning. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Words cannot describe the beauty and relaxation felt at 735 North Hampton! The panoramic ocean views from the living room/balcony are like nothing you've experienced. The villa is close to everything and it's such an easy and fun little island to adventure around! The villa was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It truly felt like home for the week and we didn't want to leave. My husband and I really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, walks on the beach, and exploring the wildlife and peaceful views on the island. Highly recommend 735 North Hampton for your next visit to Fripp Island!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at 735 North Hampton! Waking up and walking out into the living room to witness the the 180 degree view on the ocean is unlike anything we’ve experienced before. As you walk out on the porch, you have complete privacy while you take in the relaxing sounds of the ocean. We even spotted dozens of dolphins swimming right by the rocky shore. The condo is perfect for a getaway to completely unwind on Fripp, an island with such natural beauty. You’ll have everything you need and more at 735 North Hampton for the perfect vacation.

This was our first time to Fripp. The experience was very good overall. I don't think I was quite prepared when I first arrived but everything went great after that. This unit is very nice with the most beautiful view. The closest beach access which is 1A only has an actual Beach part of the day and even then isn't the best swimming one but you can find some really good shells at low tide when you can get down there. If you rent a golf cart which I highly suggest.. it doesn't take long and it's a fun ride to a beach access further down the island where there is Beach at low and high tide. The pool is quiet and well maintained and the property manager is quick to answer questions. The bed is very comfortable in the bedroom, the Murphy bed isn't so much for an adult but I think would be plenty comfortable for a smaller child or children. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking during your stay.
