Welcome to Stay Frippin Salty-- a true hidden gem on Fripp Island! Nestled among the palm trees, this elevated round house is positioned marshfront in the Fiddlers Ridge neighborhood. The house is private, but not secluded; just a short five minute walk to the Crabbing Dock. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home allow for incredible views of the marsh and lush surroundings. Relax on the deck in one of the cushioned rockers or at the outdoor dining table. Sip your favorite beverage as you soak up the sights, sounds, and smell of the coast.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This house was magical. The view of the marsh, especially during the fireworks of the 4th, were phenomenal. The house was 110% equipped with items to help anyone have a relaxing stay. Pizza cutter, coffee, (which we had our own, but...) dog leashes, dog bowls, complimentary toiletries..I could go on and on....The decor-down to the plates and cups were right on. Someone is a great decorator and knows needs of traveling folks. I would recommend this to ANYONE in search of a home away from home (in some cases, NICER!!)

What can I say about 874 Fiddlers Ridge? It’s by far the nicest accommodations we’ve found on Fripp. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well equipped and the decor was perfect for a relaxing beach retreat. The included golf cart and beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) were a definite plus too! I’d give this wonderful home ten stars!

Stay Fripping Salty is a paradise. The house was clean, well stocked, with every need met. It is the most peaceful place on the island. Sam & Marisha are excellent hosts.
We have been coming to Fripp for 12 years now and this was the first time that I spent so much time at the residence because I just didn’t want to leave the beautiful view. Watching the tides come in and out of the marsh was fascinating. This was also the first time that we traveled with our two dogs, Charlie and Sophie. Our springer and cocker spaniel were even more fascinated with the view than we were. They loved playing in the ocean for the first time and riding in the golf cart. The house was stocked with everything we needed as we cooked dinner every night. This side of the island is so quiet and peaceful, which is just what we needed. Thank you for our wonderful escape.

This property was all we could have asked for and more! The view of the marsh from the living space was stupendous. We enjoyed watching the changing tide and watching the egrets coming to feed when the tide was low. The deer also made their appearance for feeding time. The home was immaculate with so many nice touches...a towel warmer, lots of little things to supplement the things we forgot to bring, comfy furniture inside and out, a gas powered fire on the deck for the evenings when the sun went down and the golf cart which was our main mode of transportation. The home is located in a very quiet area with very little noise but for the occasional golf cart. The location truly allowed us to kick back and relax for our stay. The owner was very responsive when we needed to shift our dates and made things very easy for a quiet relaxing trip. I would highly recommend Stay Frippin Salty to fellow travelers who appreciate the beauty of nature and look for a comfortable place to relax. Thanks for opening your home to us!
