Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary, with deer grazing in the yards, over 170 species of birds, alligators in the lakes, dolphins playing in the waves, and Loggerhead sea turtles nesting and hatching on the shores.
Pets are welcome, but MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
The main house is 3BR2BA with beds for up to 9 people.
There is a 1BR1BA guest house approximately 10 few feet behind the main house that you may rent for an additional fee. This has a queen bed in the bedroom, a day bed in the living/dining/kitchen area + full pull out sleeper couch.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
Full refund if cancelled 60 days before arrival date. If you cancel after that, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
