Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This place truly is our home away from home!! Such a beautiful home with an outstanding view! It is fully stocked and had everything we needed! The condo is so comfortable and inviting! The beds are super comfy and the master bathroom is exquisite! We will be back very soon!
The owner was in great communication. The home was clean and very comfortable. The most well stocked home/kitchen I've ever stayed in. The only "complaint" I have (at no fault of the owners) was the golf cart parking spot. It was ON a curb and the cart scrubbed everytime you moved it on/off of the curb. We love Fripp Island and have stayed in 3 differen places there and this was one we would for sure visit again!
Beautiful place and probably the only place that has been fully stocked throughout the house.
We loved this rental. We loved the ice maker. in the den for coolers. The upgrades were awesome and the beds were comfortable. Connecting to their WIFI was a must as this location has ZERO cell service. View was amazing. The location has a 6 seater golf cart that is also a must when visiting Fripp.
The condo is lovely - just like the pictures. I saw a beautiful sunrise. The bed & furniture are comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen. Everything was clean. Great primary bedroom shower - could easily fit two. Parking the golf cart was a little challenging. The elevator was not working - but there are carts to transport your luggage & groceries up a ramp. I would definitely stay here again.
The only issues there were as follow: . Triple batteries not available for TV remotes . The hand soap in mater bath was diluted with water We enjoyed the stay so much that we will definitely be returning. The unit had everything you needed that you felt like you were in your home. You had comfort, beautiful view from windows and balcony, and most of all just Peaceful. A True Getaway in every sense of the word!
