The open floor plan offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. With 5 bedrooms, each with its own attached full bath, this home has room for up to 16 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for quick snacks and family meals.
The home features five spacious bedrooms, including four on the main level. Two of these are oceanfront: one with a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower, and another with two queen beds and its own bath with a walk-in shower as well. The remaining two main-level bedrooms each offer two queen beds and share baths with tub/shower combinations. Upstairs, a private king suite serves as a luxurious retreat, complete with its own balcony, breathtaking ocean views, a large walk-in shower, and a garden jacuzzi tub. Every bedroom is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, and guests will enjoy high-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep after a day of beach adventures, golf, tennis, sightseeing, or simply unwinding.
Fripp Island is a 3,000-acre barrier island off the coast of South Carolina, and gets its name from swashbuckling English Captain Johannes Fripp. Legend has it that pirates, including Captain Fripp, used the island as a secluded hideaway. Located 19 miles east of Beaufort, Fripp Island consists of a three and a half miles beach and wildlife sanctuary.
The most seaward of the beautiful barrier islands of South Carolina, Fripp Island is 3000 acres of natural beauty. Designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary, more than 175 species of birds live along the ocean and Great Salt Marsh. Any given day you can spot majestic brown pelicans flying in formation or great blue herons, snowy white egrets and wood storks stalking their next meal. Among the native wildlife you’ll find raccoons, alligators and an abundance of deer, more than 250 at last count. The deer captivate young and old alike and will literally pose next to you for photographs.
Fripp Receives Prestigious National Wildlife Award
In May 2013, Fripp became the fourth community in South Carolina and only the 68th in the country certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a “Community Wildlife Habitat.” This national recognition confirms what our visitors and residents already know: Naturally Fripp is unmatched as a recreation and vacation destination.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We loved the house! It had all the space we needed and was right on the beach. The upstairs bedroom was beautiful! It had everything we needed to cook for the family. Also, We love seeing the deer every day.

We had a wonderful stay, as always. Fripp is such a magical place, and our family has created so many memories over the years. This home provided everything we needed and more. Sandy, the property manager for the home, was very attentive and welcoming!
Been staying at this house for years! Well appointed. Always clean. Short walk to beach! Staff (Sandy in particular) are always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.
432 Tarpon is a perfect sanctuary for a multiple family get-away!! Everyone enjoyed having their own en-suite bathroom and mini retreat. The open family, dining, and kitchen made hanging out and game time a wonderful event. The best part was being able to walk right out to the beach! We had to remind ourselves that we didn't have to "pack for the day" but could run up to the house to grab anything we needed. We did purchase amenity cards and never used them! We had everything we needed right at the house! Including a golf cart. Our family is already looking at 2026 dates to reserve this location again! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is during the days it rained we realized there was no covering to sit outside.
We absolutely loved the property! The location was truly excellent and felt like we had our own private beach retreat. The house itself was both well-appointed and exceptionally clean. When we did encounter a minor issue with the HVAC system, the property manager was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue ASAP, which we greatly appreciated. A major highlight for our group—especially after walking 10 miles each day for Pledge the Pink—was having individual private bathrooms for everyone! The setting was magical. We loved sitting on the deck at sunset, listening to the birds chirping and the sounds of the ocean, while watching the dolphins swim by. The backyard was amazing, filled with so many gorgeous butterflies, bird nests, and deer walking right through the property.
We had a wonderful vacation!!! We were with our grown children so the 5 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect. The closeness to the beach was the most perfect surprise. Would love maybe a mattress upgrade in some of the bedrooms but we would certainly rent here again. Already looking for next fall!!!
You could have not asked for more with this house and property. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all the needed items and a bunch of extra's. First notice was how clean everything was, better than expected. House location was great; decks and outdoor area were clean and had plenty of chairs/seating. Great views of the water from the lower deck, upper deck (off the master) was great for seeing the dolphins come and go, and they were pretty active. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well laid out to have quiet time even when others were in the common area/living room. Common area/living room was laid out great with plenty of seating and more games than you could every play. the game area/poker table got good use. A daily morning and evening visit by a family of deer in the back yard was wonderful way to start and end the day (for both kids and adults) The biggest let down was having to leave, we plan on making this our go to property in the future.
Christmas holidays were wonderful in this great home! Fabulous location, enjoyed the golf cart; plenty of kitchen space & cutlery to cook for a group. Nice bedding for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and great gathering space/seating in the great room and on the deck. Walmart deliveries cut down on trips off the island & allowed more beach time! Great contact w/host. Thank you for a lovely time.
