While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Centre, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
Amenity cards are not required to access the beach and shops. There is a deli located in the Springtide market and the marina.
There are also many off island options for rentals, restaurants, and golf.
The Village of New Haven has a strict No Pet policy.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until deposit and the signed rental agreement is received.
A $500 security deposit is due at time of reservation and will be returned after check-out inspection.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
My family enjoyed their stay in this beautiful condo. The unit is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed. My husband enjoyed watching the dolphins just feet away from the patio, and visible form the living area inside. Julie is very helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure all is good!
