Located on the south end of the island, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Fripp has to offer. Best of all, two golf carts are included, making it easy to explore the island's beaches, marina, restaurants, pools, and scenic nature areas.
Just a short stroll or golf cart ride away, you'll find the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Creek Golf Clubhouse and driving range, Cabana Club, Ocean Marina, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, and many of the island's most popular attractions. Whether you're spending the day at the beach, playing a round of golf, fishing, biking, or simply relaxing, you'll love this convenient location.
The main home features three bedrooms and three full baths. Upstairs, the second primary suite offers a king bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and a private bath. The main-floor primary suite also features a king bed and private bath. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and easy access to a full hall bath.
Above the garage, you'll find a separate bonus suite that is ideal for grandparents, teens, or anyone wanting a little extra privacy. This space includes a queen bed, full-size sleeper sofa, full bath, walk-in closet, and a convenient kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and mini refrigerator.
The spacious living and dining areas provide plenty of room for everyone to gather, while the screened porch overlooking the golf course is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of island adventures. The home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests.
For your convenience, the home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a propane grill, beach chairs, a beach wagon, bicycles, a Pack 'n Play, baby gate, and a dog kennel. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and designated grass parking areas.
One of the things guests love most about Fripp Island is the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of this private, gated island. Spend your days relaxing on uncrowded beaches, spotting deer and coastal wildlife, biking beneath moss-draped oaks, or exploring the island by golf cart. It's the perfect setting for making family memories that will last a lifetime.
Two golf carts are provided for guest use and should be charged each night and left plugged in at the end of your stay. South Carolina law requires golf cart drivers to hold a valid driver's license. Guests will be required to sign a Golf Cart Agreement.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a second pet. An additional $300 fee will be charged for guests that arrive with a dog that has not been approved in advance.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and are available for purchase with this property. If you choose to purchase club cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning fees, and other charges will be added, along with the cost of the individual Club cards (card fees vary based on length of stay and time of year).
Amenities
**Fripp Island Club Guest Cards Fripp Island Club Guest cards are required for EACH guest 13 years or older when accessing a Fripp Island Club amenity. Children 12 and under do not need a card, but must be accompanied by an adult with a Club Guest Card. All adults will be asked to show a Club Guest Card when accessing a Fripp Island Club amenity. Be sure to carry them with you!
Club cards allow access to:
- Two 18-hole golf courses (named as a "100 Best Golf Resorts in North America" by Links Magazine).
- Pickleball & Tennis Courts (reservations required)
- A variety of on-island shops and restaurants, including the food trucks, Bonito Boathouse, The Pointe Grille.
- Resort Owned Pools.
- Island Excursion Rentals (sunset cruises on The Fripper, golf carts, beach bikes, scooters, fishing excursions, boats, etc.).
- A full service, deep water Marina.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
