While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
Deposits for cancelled reservations will be refunded if the condo is rebooked for the dates cancelled.
For rentals 30 days or more in advance requires 1/2 of the total amount due with signed rental contract and balance due two weeks prior to arrival. For rental with less than 30 days notice, payment in full is required with signed rental contract.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
Deposits for cancelled reservations will be refunded if the condo is re-booked for the dates cancelled.
